6. Turnaround Times

We will make every reasonable effort to meet agreed turnaround times. However, turnaround times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Dental Creations accepts no liability for delays caused by incomplete case submissions, courier or postal delays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Quality and Remakes

We take pride in the quality of our work. If a restoration does not meet the agreed specifications, please contact us promptly so we can assess and resolve the issue.

Remakes will be considered at our discretion where the original prescription was followed accurately and the issue is attributable to our fabrication. We reserve the right to request the return of the original restoration before processing a remake.

We do not accept responsibility for restorations that have been adjusted, cemented, or placed in the patient’s mouth prior to a fit assessment.
