About Our Occlusal Splints

KeySplint™ by Keystone Industries®

As an occlusal splint dental lab, Dental Creations offers night guards designed to protect patients from the effects of bruxism and teeth grinding. Using KeySplint™ materials by Keystone Industries, splints are fabricated to deliver reliable protection and a comfortable fit across both soft and hard variants.

The KeySplint Soft™ and KeySplint Hard™ are DLP-printed resins that combine precise digital fabrication with strong clinical performance. Whether the case calls for a soft or hard night guard, Dental Creations has a solution suited to each patient’s individual needs.

Types of Occlusal Splints made by Dental Creations

Our Occlusal Splint dental lab makes both hard & soft types to the same high clinical standard, giving dentists a flexible option for their patients.

KeySplint Soft™

KeySplint Soft™ is a slightly flexible resin material designed for splints and night guards. This DLP-optimised resin is an exceptional digital printing material that combines the strength needed to protect teeth against bruxism with added flexibility for improved patient comfort.

KeySplint Hard™

KeySplint Hard™ is designed for rigid dental splints and provides therapy for bruxism and cases where tooth immobilisation is needed. KeySplint Hard™ shares similar properties to KeySplint Soft™, with the added strength of a hard resin for more demanding clinical cases.

Vacuum Formed Hard and Soft

Hard vacuum-formed splints are constructed from high-quality plastic and are highly durable, making them ideal for more severe bruxism cases. These splints protect against excessive grinding, reduce TMJ pain, and help prevent associated headaches.

Soft vacuum-formed splints offer a more comfortable solution, made from a flexible, transparent material custom-fitted to the patient’s dentition and the contours of the mouth. Regular use of these night guards can improve the long-term dental health of the patient.
